- DO YOU BILL INSURANCE?
- GVNM does not bill, submit, or work with insurance companies. We encourage all of our patients to check with their company and see what their specific plan will cover with out of network naturopathic doctor care. We do supply the proper documentation to submit to your claims department for reimbursement should that be applicable to your plan.
- WHAT DOES PAYMENT LOOK LIKE?
- All visits are to be paid directly after, in full with either a credit or debit card only.
- CAN I USE MY HSA OR FLEX ACCOUNT?
- We are able to use and accept HSA and Flex account cards as well. We will also provide the proper receipt for submission to those accounts when needed.
- WHERE DO I GET THE SUPPLEMENTS RECOMMENDED?
- GVNM using an online supplement dispensary, FullScript. Your treatment plan will be integrated with their products and it is the dispensary we recommend for getting all your supplement and vitamin needs.
- CAN YOU BE MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN?
- Yes! Dr. Breana works as the PCP for most of her patients. She sees the entire family!
- CAN YOU WORK WITH MY CURRENT CARE TEAM?
- Yes! Dr. Breana understands, and believes in, the need to have a multifaceted care team for those that have serious struggles. She enjoys working with other providers and strives to be as complimentary as possible.
- CAN I TRANSFER MY PRESCRIPTIONS TO YOU?
- Usually. Dr. Breana has prescriptive privileges, but they are not as universal as an allopathic doctor. Most psychiatric medications are unable to be transferred to Dr. Breana as an example. However, this will be something you can discuss in detail with our staff when scheduling your initial visit or with Dr. Breana during that full one our visit.
- WHAT DOES TESTING IN YOUR CLINIC LOOK LIKE?
- Dr. Breana believes in factual, quantitative data when diagnosing and treating her patients. This means patients have regular blood work and specialty testing as required by their medications, symptoms and conditions. Dr. Breana has an entire list of laboratories she has spent 20+ years cultivating relationships with and trust implicitly. Dr. Breana is also extremely conscience of working with insurance coverages and patient budgets when requesting patient testing.
- WHAT ALL CAN YOU TREAT?
- Dr. Breana treats anything you would see a general family doctor for. A list includes but is not limited to: adrenal complications, sleep/fatigue issues, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, food allergy testing, gastrointestinal issues, stool testing, hormone therapies and mold exposure.
- DO YOU SEE THE WHOLE FAMILY?
- Yes! Dr. Breana works with men, women, and children. Being she is majority telemedicine, the scope of what she can do does vary, but that can be discussed when you call the office to schedule your initial visit.
